50% of the world's Riesling is produced in Germany.  It is highly aromatic, pleasantly acidic and has tasting characteristics of green apple, lime and even unique features like beeswax and petrol. Riesling dances through your palate like a highly trained ballerina...strong yet graceful, light yet expressive, intense yet elegant.

Beyond Riesling, Germany provides an excellent spectrum of white wines such as Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Silvaner.
